Open to all abilities and experience levels. Free with GGTC membership. WEAR A COSTUME! 

• Schedule: Every Wednesday @ 6:15 pm 
• Location: Kezar Stadium
• Workout of the week:  3 sets of: [8' @ 1/2 marathon effort/2' walk-jog recovery/2' @ 5K-10K effort (15-30"mi faster] 3-4' walk-jog recovery to regroup between sets
