Join run director Soledad in a bike ride along Paradise and China camp! This is a great route if you're training for a hilly half ironman course (like I am!). Please come with to make this training block slightly less boring.
This ride will be fast pace (17-19mph) and drop with different re-group points. Be well prepared with bike tools, nutrition (water + carbs!) and the route loaded in your device.
