Have you been looking for some motivation in the off-season? Are you finally trying to get around to doing some strength or mobility? Well now's your chance with the winter strength challenge! We'll have a Strava Strength Challenge, a plank competition, a photo competition, and some special events!
Make sure to reach out to @Sophia on Slack to get added to the Strava challenge, if you complete 5 hours of strength over the course of the month, you'll be entered into a raffle! If you don't have strava premium just track your activity in the activity tracker tab of the spreadsheet.
Use this spreadsheet to track your plank times, make sure to track at least at the beginning of the month and end of the month. If you improve your plank time by at least a minute, you'll be entered into a gift card raffle!
We'll also be having a push up challenge, increase your push-ups by 1 every day to get to 30 more than your current max! If you complete this, you'll be entered into a gift card raffle!
In the same spreadsheet, you can link photos that you posted on social media or in our #photos channel of doing strength with other GGTC members. We'll also be raffling off a gift card if you participate here!
You can also track another goal you're chasing, whether it's pull-ups, a new squat PR, or touching your toes, throw it in the spreadsheet and we can all separate our progress!
We'll be hosting various strength/mobility events throughout the month as well!
