PROGRAM COMPONENTS:

• Coached track workouts every Wednesday and coached swim every other Sunday
• Group long rides on Saturdays
• Pre race webinars to cover the course, race plan, etc. 
• Additional Slack support to answer any questions
• Weekly training program detailing your training delivered via TrainingPeaks
