We’ll head out to Strawberry in Marin for a guided open water swim clinic!
We will cover training open water, comfortability in open water, pacing, sighting, and drafting. We will swim the channel for about 45 minutes total, turn around at 20 minutes.
You will be led by Catherine Breed, a 6x ultra marathon open water record holder, Pan American Gold Medalist, NCAA Champion, and Cal Swimmer (Instagram) (Open water Pedia/Resume)
** The clinic is beginner friendly, but not tailored to beginners **
Where: Paradise Cove
When: 9a in the water, come earlier if you need to change
