Due to bad weather we are cancelling our track workout at Kezar. Here is the workout in case you want to do it indoors.

Here's the plan for this week:
— 10:00 warmup jog
— Drills [Wall Swings (side to side and front to back), hurdle overs, A-Skips, Butt Kicks, Carioca/Side Shuffle, Straight-Leg Shuffle, Side Skips, Backward Strides, High Knees]
— 4 x stride the straights/jog the turns
— Workout:
+ 1-2 rounds of 10:00 tempo run (between 10K-1/2 marathon pace) on the upper loop w/3:00 recovery; 3 x 20-second hill sprints (90% effort—NOT all out) outside the stadium w/60-seconds recovery between reps
NOTE: Newer runners should stick with one round.
