Friday Morning Track Workout
Couldn't make it to Baker Beach for Wednesday track this week? Join me for a make-up track session at Kezar at 6:30 AM this Friday morning!
I'm planning on using this track workout from Dorette that we did earlier in the season (but you're welcome to do your own thang):
Warm-Up- 15 minutes
3 x (400, 200, 1600); 30-45 sec RI;2:00 between set
Paces: [400 @ I pace; 200 @ I Pace - 5 sec; 1600 at 10K]
