I will have a GGTC bike jersey on. We ROLL at 840am
This will be a semi drop ride, somewhat structured. 90 min bike ride as follows
10 minute warm up then do 3* 30 min at a max steady effort (about 77% of threshold) with 1-2 min recovery in between.
Sit up or get out of the saddle every 3 minutes.
