use of your time training to get your to your goals faster, smarter and
Ride as long a you like up to 3-hours!
Bring extra fuel and fluids! This is a long training ride and requires lots of planning!
Bring your running shoes for a T-Run if you like.
Bring shower towel if you would like to use showers and lockers. (small workout towels provided)
Please arrive at least 20-minutes early to set up your bike, get changed & start warming up.
