Let's do things we all love like wake up early and sweat. Ok, maybe we don't exactly love that but man I never regret it, especially when surrounded by other awesome folks :) Again, we'll be doing a fun workout that includes jump roping, stairs, and burpees.
Oh, and if you didn't need another reason to come these workouts are FREE. While I do appreciate donations, they all go to a NPO I care deeply about, KEEN SF. KEEN = Kids Enjoy Exercise Now and offers those with developmental disabilities the opportunity for 1 on 1 recreation whether via a sport or in the pool. keensanfrancisco.org.
