We're still at Kezar for track tonight and have an excellent workout for you!

Meet at 6:45pm for warm-up and drills.
Option 1: 5 - 10K (Sprint - Olympic)
6 - 8 x 400 starting @ 10K pace, descend; :30 RI

2 x 800 start @ 5K pace descend within each;1:00RI
1:00RI
1200 @ 5K pace, descending pace
Option 2: 13.1 - 26.2+ (Half to Full IM)
400 @ 10K pace
800 @ 10K pace
1200 @10K pace
1600 @ 10K - 5K pace
1200 @ 5K pace
800 @ < 5K pace
400 @ <3K pace
Rest intervals: :30, :45,1:00,1:20,1:00, :45
