Track still at Kezar!

Good news...Kezar will remain open until September 1!

 

Some of you may have heard that Kezar is closing for renovations until 2015. The start date has been postponed from August 1 to September 1 so we will be able to continue our track workouts at Kezar for another month.

 
Below are the workouts for this Wednesday:

Option 1: 5 - 10K (Sprint - Olympic)

  • 3 x 1500 @ 5K pace; 100 easy jog recovery + 20 sec.
  • 3 x 200 building into sprint; 60 sec RI
  • 3 x 100; 60 sec RI

 

Option 2: 13.1 - 26.2+ (Half to Full IM)

  • 3 x 2,000 @ 10 K pace, descending on each interval; RI = 1:30
