Track will be at Kezar this week with warm up starting at 6:45 PM. Work out is below. See you on the track Wednesday!

Run Drills:
Hip flexor + ad/abduction leg swings, 20 ea. Leg; Tip Toes: 20 neutral, 20 external rotation, 20 internal rotation - repeat x 2; high knees 2 x 20m; cariocas 2 x 20m, etc.

Main Set:
100, 200, 300, 400m. Repeat x 2
20, 30, 45 sec & 1:30 RI - JOG
2:00 RI after 2nd repeat.
3 x 1200 @ 5K pace
200 easy jog out and back
3 x 400 @ I Pace
15 sec RI, JOG
