Hey Everyone!

Don't forget about track tonight, we have a special guest:

Nate Helming of Helming Athletics and San Francisco CrossFit joins us for our weekly track session at Kezar. He will lead us through a ten to fifteen minute warmup that involves some basic body weight exercises, one or two running drills to get you guys primed for your running workout, and share a few ideas on what it means to be strong as runners and triathletes.
