As some of you may know our beloved President (and my good friend) Michael Spiegel was in a bit of a bike accident over the weekend (descending Lucas Valley Road from Big Rock). While he is recovering at home, he does have 4 broken ribs and a slight pneumothorax. It would be great if y'all could keep him in your thoughts/prayers and hope for a speedy return to normal. I am sure he would appreciate any and all support/encouragement on his road to recovery.

Thanks,

Michael, so sorry to hear of your accident!  I crashed descending from Big Rock a few years back.  Such a dangerous road, with tight turns and reverse or flat camber in at least one turn.  I'll be thinking of you!
