HIT to Vineman 70.3 Registration Now Open- Special...
Author Last Post
HIT to Vineman is still open! We have a GG Polo Fields speed cycling practice (Max heart rate) tomorrow at 630am, a great Saturday ride planned, and a SF Crossfit triathlon all coming up this week! Don't miss this opportunity to train with the best! Sign up now!

HIT to Vineman Program Officially Begins Tomorrow!
(MONDAY IS A REST DAY... TRAINING WILL BEGIN TUESDAY- your welcome WF champs ;-) )

Though Vineman unfortunately sells out exceptionally quickly- there are other options!

Training with the HIT program can be used to race Vineman 70.3, TRI for Real Olympic (registration still open), Barb's Race (registration still open), or any other race around the July 14th time frame in the half IM or olympic. In fact, no need to even race, use HIT to keep you in shape until your next race or just get an idea what it takes to train for the half IM distance races!

The PDF presentation from the info session is attached and on the web page.

This is a 10 week program and begins May 6th and will run through July 14th.

Happy training- and great job everyone who raced WF!
