Do you already have an Olympic distance triathlon under your belt and are now ready to step up the distance to a Half Ironman? Then join GGTC's Half Ironman Training (HIT) program. This is a 12 week training program to help you achieve your first half ironman, the Avia Wildflower Long Course Triathlon on May 1, 2010. The first workout takes place on Wednesday, February 10th.
