We have secured a couple of long course lanes (50m) at SMAC for this summer, every sunday 9-10AM.
Meet at 8:45AM at the entrance to building 5 of College of San Mateo (CSM).
There is a $5 drop-in fee for GGTC members and it is for all-day access to both pools.
The swim workout we'll cover 2500 - 3000m, consisting of warmup, a drill set, a main set for faster and slower swimmers and a short cool down.
Directions:
From the 101 or 280, take Hwy 92 and exit West Hillsdale Boulevard. Park near Building 5 (Athetic club). Come to the front desk to get a free parking permit. We'll hit the pool at 9AM sharp.
