GGTC's official track season will run Feb 10-Nov 16 with formal coaching by Dorette Franks of Trifiniti.
Meet 6:45pm at the southwest corner in the bleachers.
Today's session will include video-taping by Coach D2. A separate (non-Wednesday-night) session in August will be held in conjunction with a GGTC Social for video tape review and run-gait analysis.
