I'll be heading for a 2.5 hour out and back to Nicasio Ranch via Fairfax. The plan is zone 1-2 with zone 4-5a pickups.
This is my final long ride before Vineman and my last triathlon of the season. Subsequently I will be having mild amounts of laughter and fun on the ride.
