1. Go to www.vineman.com 2. Click on the Volunteer tab from the home page. 3. Scroll to bottom and select the Vineman 70.3 4. Scroll down and find the Aid Station #4 Mark West Aid Station 5. Fill out the requested info. You'll get a notification and so will Stephen!
When do you need people? We need a few people willing to arrive as early as 8 AM but we really need people who can come a little later arriving at the aid station from 9:45 - 12 and those coming later should plan to stay through closing (approx 4-430)
Please let Stephen know your preference on shifts. He will do his best to staff based on preferences and will email you a confirmation.

Where do I find Parking? Most of the roads in Windsor will be closed on race day.You have a few options. 1. Drive to Windsor High School and park. Once you register on the website you'll be added to the list. From Windsor high you can carpool or ride a bike its about 4 miles to the aid station. 2. If you're arriving for the first shift and get there before 8 AM you can probably still drive up to the aid station and park. We can probably fit 3-4 cars total there. Alternatively, you might decide to park at La Crema Winery and run, walk, bike to the aid station. La Crema is on the route and will have another aid station.
Is there an after party? There most definitely will be. All volunteers are welcome to enjoy the race day finish line activities and BBQ and cheer on the finishers You are also invited to attend the Volunteer Appreciation Dinner on Monday August 2nd at 6pm. The dinner is held at the Mary Agatha Firth Center in Windsor. It’s a very nice catered dinner with awesome raffle prizes!
